How to Open Disk Management in Windows 10 and Windows 11

Disk Management is a built-in Windows tool that allows users to manage hard drives and partitions. With it, you can create, format, and resize partitions, as well as perform other disk operations. This guide explains how to open Disk Management in Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Method 1: Open Through the Start Menu

  1. Click the Start button or press the Windows key on your keyboard.
  2. In the search bar, type "Disk Management" or "Create and format hard disk partitions".
  3. In the search results, select "Create and format hard disk partitions".

This method is simple and works for both Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Method 2: Open Using the Run Command
